Rental Rehabilitation Program
Niagara Falls Community Development, and its housing renovation partners, provide rental rehabilitation grants to eligible renovation projects, funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. We are currently processing applications from an existing waiting list.
There currently is NO funding for this program at this time.
Market Rate Apartment Renovation Program
Niagara Falls Community Development offers a reimbursable matching grant, up to $40,000 per structure, for the renovation of market rate apartment units. This program is funded by the NFC Development Corp. To apply, please complete the application below and send to Gail Bimont, Neighborhood Specialist, at gail.bimont@niagarafallsny.gov.
