Niagara Falls Leased Housing connects property owners with tenants that receive rental assistance.  The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program is designed to fill the gap between what a family can afford to pay in rent and the actual rent payment.  There is a huge demand for rental assistance among low-income families.  However, for the program to be successful, it requires that these families be able to locate quality, affordable rental units from property owners and managers that are willing to participate in this program.

All families and property owners that participate in this program are subject to federal rules and regulations.  Our job is to make every effort to inform you of the rules, provide updates, and advise you on how new rules affect your participation in the program.
