Residents welcomed to Niagara Falls 311 Planning Meetings

The Niagara Falls Community Development Department (NFCD) is competing for a grant to fund a city-wide 311 system and we are asking residents for input. 311 is a a non-emergency phone number that people can call in many cities to find information about services, make complaints, or report problems. We think that such a system in Niagara Falls would both improve citizen service and overall efficiency.

"A grant funded 311 system would change and improve the way the City of Niagara Falls does business and serves residents," said Seth Piccirillo, Director of Niagara Falls Community Development. "It is essential for our citizens to help plan this system, and we hope the public will join us at our meetings, as always."

NFCD is kicking off the public participation portion of our process with two public meetings on Monday, February 11, 2019. We are having two sessions to accommodate work schedules. For more information please contact Seth Piccirillo, Director of Niagara Falls Community Development, at seth.piccirillo@niagarafallsny.gov.
