Yearly Action Plan Grants

Niagara Falls Community Development provides sub-grant awards to non-profit organizations through our U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development entitlement funds through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Services Grant (ESG).  These sub-grants are dedicated towards projects that better serve low/moderate income areas, residents of low/moderate income, emergency shelter, rapid re-housing, homelessness prevention, and other urgent community needs.

Sub-grant awards are solicited, reviewed, and awarded based around our annual Action Plan cycle.  We are no longer accepting applications for the 2017 Action Plan sub-grants.  Our 2017 Action Plan proposals are currently under review.  Our draft 2017 Action Plan will be posted on Wednesday, January 25 and will be available here for review.

Please check back here for the 2018 Action Plan sub-grant Request for Proposals in October 2017.  If you  have any questions, please contact Seth Picirillo, Director of Community Development, at seth.piccirillo@niagarafallsny.gov.
