The DRAFT Action Plan, funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, is the result of eight public meetings, a citizen survey and competitive applications submitted to our department. The DRAFT Action Plan will be available for review on January 25, 2017. (Online at www.nf-cd.org, in paper form at both Niagara Falls Public Library Branches and the Carnegie Building - 1022 Main Street, Niagara Falls, New York) 

Citizens are welcome to discuss and comment on the DRAFT Action Plan at the public hearing. There will also be a written public comment period from February 2 to March 30, 2017. 

Written comments can be:
1) Mailed to Niagara Falls Community Development - PO Box 69, Niagara Falls, New York
2) Email to 2017ActionPlan@niagarafallsny.gov
3) Hand delivered to the Carnegie Building, 1022 Main Street, Niagara Falls, New York 

After completion of the public participation process, the DRAFT Action Plan will be submitted to the Niagara Falls City Council for approval and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for review and approval.
